Group Research Objectives

We are interested charge motion in a in a variety of different conditions, device structures and materials with a goal of developing fundamentally new optical and logic nanodevices. Our current interests include:

• Nanotransistors and Post-CMOS Device Phenomena
• Phase Transitions and Transport Phenomena in Monolayer and Bilayer Graphene
• Conductivity of Strongly Correlated Systems
• Topological Insulators
• Topological Quantum Computing
